Standard Shipping: $6.95 flat rate for orders under $100. Free shipping on orders $100 or more.

Pre-sale items: Please allow an additional 8-10 days for delivery. Please note that delivery time is calculated from the ship date, not the order date. This is an estimate. The actual delivery date depends on order acceptance and carrier shipping practices. The location, method and potential batch delivery of the product.
During checkout, you can provide specific shipping instructions. Shipping costs depend on order weight and delivery method. What should I do if the delivery is delayed/What if my package is lost
Our parcels are delivered by logistics companies, which can track the logistics status in real time, but if the delay/loss is caused by irresistible reasons, we are also deeply sorry, we can do the following:
A, Maintain communication with the our service
The last thing we want to see is that your package has been delayed. Make sure we know the status of the package. We will keep in touch with you at any time and let you know the status of the package. And explain the situation to you.
B. Track your goods in real time
When you notice a delay at any time during the shipment process, you can take some form of action: send a replacement package in a faster way. Or, if there is a delay and you are anxious to get the package, you can contact us, and we may re-issue the package using other shipping methods according to the situation.
ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
At this time, we do not allow cancellations on orders. Due to the high volume of orders we ship daily, we work to ensure all orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. You are more than welcome to return your order once it has been delivered.
If you need to amend an address or billing information, please reach out to cocofu@hautecouture-co.com ASAP. However, once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made to your order.
RETURN TO SENDER
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping/delivery address for his/her order. If the wrong or incomplete delivery address is provided, hautecouture will not refund a customer’s purchase or replace the goods. If your address is insufficient and is returned to sender, you will be charged an additional reshipment cost.
Kindly Note: If no instructions are provided within 14 days of the initial request, your parcel will be considered abandoned in accordance with the courier’s Tariff/Terms and Conditions without further notice.
